rice, potatoes and mussels Bari
1 kg of potatoes
200 g of rice
500 g of mussels
oil, salt, garlic, Rodez , parsley, tomatoes to taste (depending on your preference).
Chop garlic and parsley, and cut tomatoes in half. Set aside.
Take a baking dish and sprinkle the bottom with salt. Add salt and garlic also chopped parsley (part). Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or wedges (like you feel like it). Take half of the potatoes (500 g) and place in baking dish. Then put the potatoes on raw mussels open, and trying to put it over the rice a bit in the mussels. Season with garlic, parsley, grated rodez. And finally add the potatoes. Season again with garlic, parsley, tomatoes, salt, and oil. Now add water to almost cover the potatoes. Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Zampina with a green salad with tomato
300 g paw (2 large claws)
200 g tomato sauce
30 g of oil
garlic, parsley, oregano, salt
Put in a pot of tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic chopped parsley, oregano, and salt and let bake 10-15 minutes. Add a leg and continue cooking another 10 minutes.
Serving all hot with salad.
My salad was a classic, mixed with lamb 's lettuce / lettuce and tomatoes. Season all over with oil.
