Calzone Onion "to Bari for

The queen of the house is the story of a girl who needs to slow down . To find itself. Fall in love. And what do I need to find an iron. From the inimitable talents of Sophie Kinsella's a romantic comedy, following the success of the adventures of Becky Bloomwood. Only Samantha Sweeting twenty-nine years working for a prestigious law firm and focused on career, is about to become a member. When you realize that you made a mistake, a mistake that cost his job. Upset, he runs the office and finds himself in the country with his heart pounding. Knocking on the door of a beautiful house to inquire meet a new life. But the past, wants her back, what Samantha really wants?

I recommend this book fantastic, wonderful Sophie Kinsella, my favorite writer. A book to dream, or rather, a mix between dream and reality. Real because of the vicissitudes of Samantha, could, no doubt, happen to each of us. It is a dream, because in the drama of real life, there is the dream of meeting the right person that you "save" and it makes you realize that, perhaps, until then you have it all wrong.

The recipe is: Calzone Onion ", Bari"

I chose this recipe because the book is a "cookbook" of the best recipes, which in their simplicity are unique. So how this tradition Bari calzone (my hometown), a simple but amazing so good, to be considered unique. I should point out that in the book, there's no mention of this calzone. But I just remember (again) the simplicity and goodness of the recipes mentioned in the book. It will then, I always found myself eating a good while, every time I read the book, so maybe I came to match it to the book for that too.

For the Dough:
  • 500 g flour
  • 50 g oil
  • 300 g water
  • a yeast (25 g)
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
For the Filling:
  • 1 kg of onions
  • 300 g milk
  • 300 g olives
  • 300 g mozzarella
  • salt
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g grated cheese.
Preparation: For the dough: flour. Inside put yeast dissolved in little water. Mix and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well, form the classic "ball", and let rise 2 hours. Meanwhile prepare the filling: Slice the onions and cook in water and 50 g oil. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add 1 cup of milk. Allow to cool and add the pecorino grating., Pitted olives, mozzarella and diced tomatoes. Mix the filling. Take the dough and divide into two. With a mid-line a cake pan greased with oil. Put the filling, leveling well. Close well with the remaining half of dough. Bake at 220 degrees for half an hour (gas oven). And Appetitooooo Good!
