A wonderful site. I am enrolled for years now and I am fine. Always and only use products "bread of angels". And in their special recipe, I found delicious recipes, including a simple but delicious tart jam.
300 gr flour 100 gr sugar
a pinch of salt 1 small vial
lemon flavoring bread angels (I I put vanilla) 1 egg
150 grams cold butter
half a bag of yeast bread angels (8 g)
200 g apricot jam
Preparation: flour. Inside, put sugar, salt, spices, egg, butter and yeast in small pieces. Mix quickly until dough is smooth and homogeneous. Roll out the pastry into a greased and floured mold (leaving a little aside to make the strips). Form an edge 2 cm high. Spread the jam, and level. With the remaining dough, forming the strips on the tart. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Then, with the same Frollo, I tried it with apples. I like sweet apples. So the recipe above, you just replace the apples with jam. And now here the whole procedure for the "stuffed with apples".
FILLING: 4 large apples beautiful + lemon juice + sugar
FOR crust: 1 tablespoon sugar + butter flakes
Preparation: Prepare the pastry (tart see above). For the filling: Cut the apples into thin slices (peeled). Put them in a dish of sweetened lemon juice (to prevent them black). Roll out the pastry into a greased and floured mold (in this case the strips are not necessary, so do not leave aside the pastry). Form an edge 2 cm high. Put the sliced \u200b\u200bapples. Then, to make that delicious crust, sprinkle the tart filled with apples, sugar and butter. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
