Meat Pizza "grandma's" Sunday Breakfast

... Grandma ... yes! this is the recipe that my grandmother gave me to make this calzone! For many years that it does so with this recipe, and I'm going crazy! Unfortunately, the photos are not beautiful, I'll do with your mobile phone and then say, I love photography but I'm not much scope ... But I assure you that you have prepared for this pizza for the first time I came out pretty well (as I intend to taste!). And now, ready, steady ... viaaaaaaaaa:

Calzone Meat

For the dough:
500 g flour
250 ml lukewarm water
a yeast
1 spoon of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons oil

flour. Inside dissolve the yeast with warm water. Begin to knead and add sugar, salt and oil. Knead well and gradually add the warm water. When will consist of the classic "ball" elastic, cover and place in a warm place and let rise for 1 hour or so.

Meanwhile prepare the filling:
400 g minced meat 300 g
caciotta
200 g of grain
oil 3 eggs 50 g
teaspoon salt

oil in a frying pan and fry chopped meat. Beat the eggs with the Parmesan and salt. When the meat starts to color, add the egg mixture and Parmesan cheese and let thicken, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Then turn off and let cool.

Now take the leavened dough and divide into 2 parts. Spread one half in a baking pan with parchment paper. Fill with meat mixture cool and put on slices of caciotta. Then close with the remaining dough, making the edges stick well. Bake at 220 degrees for 40 minutes.

And how would Julia Child :

Bon Appétit!
