Delicious Doughnuts found in the weekly " Telesette ... Now we always use this recipe because they are
DIVINE!

250 g boiled potatoes
400 g flour
50 g yeast
50 g sugar
25 g butter
2 eggs
pinch of salt
50 g icing sugar
1 lemon zest
frying oil

Preparation: After boiled and peeled potatoes, pass them in making mashed potato masher. Then add flour, eggs, sugar, butter, baking powder, salt and lemon rind. Mix well until mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Then spread a half inch thick. Then let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Now equip yourself with two round molds. One large and one small 8 cm to form the center hole. So with these 2 molds get the donuts. (I got them in hand ... and you see ^ ^)
Now fry in hot oil. Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar (although I used granulated sugar). Serve ... soft, sweet and delicious!
